YAY, Brody is 2!! Here's a recap of how the day played out on Saturday. The household was up by 7:00 am and I made Brody some m&m pancakes for his birthday breakfast. After we sang to him he said "more happy happy" He wanted us to sing again.....lol
My Mom and Dad came over to watch Brody while Matt and I went to get the balloons and the Jimmy John's sandwiches. Then we all went to the pavilion and started setting up.......ugh when will I ever learn. I buy all of these table covers and all these napkins and it's always windy as hell and never set up the way I envision it-ugh! Jackie made the cake and cupcakes and they turned out so good!!! Every.single. gift Brody opened was a truck of some sort, but none of them were the same! Here are some pictures of the day!
Sunday Brody got more happy happy presents and we've finally decided what he's going to be for Halloween.....a turtle!

I love all the decorations and the cake is adorable!
he didn't get as excited as we all thought he would....he just had a biggest smile on his face and ran to it!
